Top of the Thomas Hill Standpipe

Here is the view of the balcony on top of the Thomas Hill Standpipe in Bangor. I was one of the first people to climb up the water tower and was rewarded with this beautiful scenery of the structure and the sky. A few minutes later, the balcony would be filled with enough visitors that this scene would be impossible to duplicate.

So have you ever been on top of a water tower?

Awesome! I'm so glad you got there before all the others, Ming!

And no, never been to the top of a water tower. I haven't seen one this big or lovely either.

You really did get a beautiful shot. And you must be young and healthy to get to the top first. Lets Make History.

See? You're a real papparazzi: rushing to be the first one on the scene to get the money shot! ;)
And it looks like you can almost touch the sky!

This is such a beautiful shot. That is a challenge to get a picture with no people. Super.
