Norumbega Parkway

This statue at the Norumbega Parkway represents the war memorial for the city of Bangor. The small square is located right downtown near all the shops, cafes and restaurants.

The red building on the right is a luxury condominium with underground parking and an indoor swimming pool. Three units in the building are now on the market for between $180,000 (2-bedroom) to $230,000 (penthouse).

So do you prefer to live in a condominium or a house with a backyard?

House with backyard ... but I wish somebody else would mow the lawn LOL! And yes, I mowed my lawn again today, Ming! That's the trouble with fertilizer and water. The darn stuff grows!

I live in a house with a big garden but would like an apartment with a big balcony.
You get them in the uk but they are very expensive.
Have a good weekend

House! Not even open for debate.

Up in the mountains, away from anyone else, in a house with a big garden... somewhere where nobody can see we're such lazy non-gardeners...

I like the statue and the greenery around the small park is just wonderful!

Right now, I prefer a house with its own garden, but ask me again when I'm sick and tired of all the maintenance work that a house requires!

I'll definitely take the condo—especially at those prices! Wow! Nice memorial too.

Those prices make my head spin. So cheap! And this place is so green!
