Kenduskaeg River

This is Kenduskaeg Stream looking north from Main Street in Bangor. See that statue on the right between the two lamp post? I have posted a photo of that statue early this month.

So do you live a stream or river?

Lots of streams, rivers, ponds, lakes, etc. in Alaska. Have a great day, Ming.

se promener sur les bords de seine à Evry est un plaisir, beaucoup de gens viennent faire des piques niques quand il fait beau

Nice reflection captured. Great eye. Live near the ocean and there are lakes and rivers in the area. Probably a pond as well.

Have a great week-end.

Norumbega, Kenduskaeg? From what language are those words from? I find it very intriguing.

The water looks so still!

Hilda, I believe they are Native American names.

This is great! I'm learning about Bangor, a place I've never been, and a place I knew nothing about. I love the reflection in the water, and I've always loved bridges that form an arch. Nice!

Hi, Ming. I am back in Belgrade (but still in Seattle on my blog until Sept. 2)

Am just getting back to checking blogs. I am still admiring your photos...will try to check in more frequently!

The small waterway that runs though my little town is called Duffin's Creek.
I have no idea who Duffin was.
