Thirsty Whale and Portside Grill

These are two of the numerous restaurant signs that are found all over Bar Harbor. Restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops are the most common stores in the downtown area.

So where is your favorite restaurant?

Yum, this sign makes me really want to eat there!

I have too many favorite places to list! That's one of the great things about living in New York City...

superbe cette enseigne de la baleine bleue (qui en France est une enseigne pour une marque de sel). Mon restaurant préféré est un restaurant indien qui se trouve dans le centre d'Évry..

So, what did you have to eat? Lobster?

Cafe Revo is my favorite restaurant in Seattle. Well, West Seattle, to be more specific. We'll go there if you find your way here next summer -:)

I wouldn't mind a visit to the Thirsty Whale. Great name!

cool sign. I wish we had lots of places to choose from like that. it seems like all we have here is fast food or chain restaurants.
I should probably try harder to find better places with real food.

Cool beach restaurants. Love the signs. Beach towns fun in the off-season because you can get around and see all the intersting places. Also fun in the busy summer with the energy from so many visitors.

Favorite restaurant-anywhere in NYC....but I'll settle for LA area now.
