I have never seen a golden 'Cheddar' cauliflower until this past weekend at the Bangor Farmer's Market on Buck Street. The small market hosts a variety of vendors selling meats, vegetables, baked goods, food items and fresh flowers.

but does it taste like cheddar? if so, that is ingenious.
Nice shot Ming. You always have something interesting to share.
Never seen this yellow cauliflower before , fantastic color !
Yum! Have you traded peach ice cream for something more healthy?
Never seen that before.Wonder what it tastes like.
That's a new one for me too!
We just had one last night. Can't say I detected any difference in taste. By the way, I saw a Purple Cauliflower at the market, also.
wow. yellow cauliflower. never seen! i love the white variety, wonder what this one tastes like...
That is very cool! I've seen green and purple ones but never this colour.
Do you know what it tastes like? Not sure about cheddar broc...
And what could be tastier than cheddar broccoli with cheddar sauce? (Well, ice cream for starters—but this does look de-lish, Ming!)
Love that you are getting out and visiting a farmers' market. The fresh fruits and vegetables are wonderful. My unfortunately all come from the grocery stores like Whole Foods.

So did you purchase the cheddar cauliflower?
Uhm, interesting. I have never seen them either. Violet, dark green, white but never yellow. Did you buy any??
If it still tastes like cauliflower, I'm not interested.
