On a good day, we can see Mt. McKinley (also known as Denali) from my husband's office window. He overlooks the parking lot and his view extends out over the Port of Anchorage harbor and we see tugs and goods coming in and out of the Port, as well as military planes doing exciting flight exercises out of Elmendorf Air Force Base. This past summer we were excited to see a spectacular cruise ship called The World dock at the Port of Anchorage. All this view is outside his office window. Very distracting to get work done, so much going on!!!
Depends on the day ... and of course which window -:) Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains, a birch tree, peach trees, a rusty old pick-up truck in my neighbor's driveway, a pair of blue-jays, a spider web, I guess the list could go on and on, moment by moment -:)
What a nice view you have, especially as the leaves turn. From my office (make that "cubicle" but it does have two big windows), I look out at 3rd Avenue and 42nd Street. But if I go to the window in the hallway, I can look straight up at the Chrysler Building!
This Daily Photo Blog was created to share my love of photography and my experience/life/move to Bangor, and the places I've visited around Maine.
All photos are original properties of Ming the Merciless, which obviously is NOT my real name but you get the gist of it.

how lovely and peaceful?
Ming, I'm sure you'll get a load of trick-or-treaters this year, since you're out in the country. I'm jealous!
