This photo was taken at The American Folk Festival a couple weeks ago. The gentleman in the photo was displaying some of his craft works -- this one is a collapsible wooden basket.So would you be interested in buying something like this?

And those baskets have a name, too, don't they. There is a guy out here that makes them! Lovely but too expensive.

I have purchased one each year that I've gone for my mom as she loves them. It's truly amazing that they are made from one solid piece of wood. He is great to chat with on all his crafts.
My mum has a round one like these. She keeps the fruit in it on the kitchen table!
