I love this type of art, it's so creative & inventive.

Doesn't the creativity of humans bogle your mind sometimes? I certainly wouldn't think of making something from wooden clothespins! Wow!!
It looks good.... but the question is WHY?
I ask myself that often! but not because I feel it is pointless but because I am amussed and amazed at how long I have been working with the clothespins and how the work changes and grows.
The clothespins began as an accidental and convenient medium that filled a need. It just stuck around after that.
I hope Bangor's UMMA continues making people wonder and inspiring many more WHYs?
Now, go hang some clothes.
Wow, this is quite amazing.
All I can say is "Wow!"
Original !I was wandering what to do with mat cloth pegs ;)
I'm fascinated by the ways artists find to use random materials to make something unexpected. A friend used cigarette filters for an art school project (but that was 40 years ago; these days she'd be hard-pressed to find enough smoking friends to supply her with the necessary material!). I'm also impressed that the artist came and commented here.
Alexa... I use Google Alerts to stay on top on blogs and sites like this. I get to show my appreciation and interact with more people...increasing the network and creating new opportunities. Sure, it takes me away from making art BUT it is how things are nowadays.
