Maestro Modesto Nieves
The gentleman on the far left of the photo is musical maestro Modesto Nieves from Puerto Rico. The instrument in his hands is a cuatro, a guitar from Latin America that has four main strings and an additional four harmonizing strings near the base. Mr. Nieves and his band were invited guests at the recent American Folk Festival in Bangor.So what kind of music do you listen to?
