Have you ever been to Death Valley? It's our favorite place to clear out our heads. These little cairns of stones are all over the place.
I have a favourite stone that I picked up on Middle Cove Beach in Newfoundland. I fits perfectly in my hand. I love the feel of smooth beach stones.
