Someone went to a whole lot of trouble to decorate that house. I wonder if they do the same when it comes to Christmas decorations? You'll have to check it out closer to christmas, Ming!
When I was a kid, I lived on a street like this, and Halloween was always a huge event. Now that I live in a big high-rise in NYC, the kids still come around, but it's not quite the same. There are only about 5 kids in my building, too!
